We are back, unfortunately.

Beth and I would like to thank you, and Paulina and Rosa Marie, for a truly Unforgettable Wedding! Everything, I mean absolutely everything, exceeded our expectations! Not a single little detail was left out, not a single event experienced any type of problem. The wedding was more perfectly coordinated than the most expensive Swiss watch! Words can not describe how we feel about selecting you to coordinate our wedding details, for sure we feel privileged to have worked with Pauline, Rosa Marie and yourself. And for Beth, having the hairdresser and make-up artist travel to the Villa was as much an enjoyment as it was being another example of fine people with excellent skills and great personalities. The hairdresser and make-up artist even stayed for our ceremony on the beach! Flowers, wedding cake, champaign, coordinators, hairdresser, make-up artist, photographer, judge, everything and everyone (even getting our blood test) ... was absolutely perfect and really did make for an unforgettable wedding that Beth and I will cherish forever!  ... here are some photos of our wedding.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for everything you and Paloma did for our wedding last Thursday.  You exceeded our expectations and everything was perfect!  I appreciate all of your suggestions and help in planning the wedding. Tom and I and our guests had a wonderful time and enjoyed ourselves so much!

The best part for me was that everything was done and all we had to do was show up and enjoy    our special day!  I especially liked the red rose petals that Paloma dropped down our sand "aisle".  That was a nice touch.

The wedding was lovely.  Our preacher was wonderful.  His name was Koko I believe..  Rue and I both could not have been more pleased with his service.

 Paloma was great.  She was there every step of the way and we immediately felt comfortable with her.  We ended up having 27 people in attendance and the beach location accommodated that number well.  I think the wedding was a hit for others on the beach as well.  We were really glad we waited to confirm our reception until we got there because we ended up finding a beautiful location.  There is a restaurant in Playa del Carmen called the Jaguar.  They have a gorgeous huge open room with a swimming pool for receptions.  They treated us great and the price was terrific.  We would suggest the place to anyone interested in having a reception in Playa. The week surrounding our wedding was truly the best time of our lives.  We just had a wonderful time.  I am so glad we did not opt for a "traditional" American wedding.  I could not have dreamed of a better wedding.  Thank you so much for all of you help.  Paloma said our wedding ceremony (which we completely designed ourselves) was really beautiful.  You and she are more than welcome to suggest the concept of our wedding to other couples planning a wedding in Mexico.  I would be happy to send you a wedding picture.  I just need to know where to send it. Again Ceci, thank you so much for everything you did to help make our wedding such a resounding success.

Our wedding was amazing!  Everything went as planned and imagined!  We couldn't have gotten luckier with the weather on our wedding day.  Paloma did a great job listening to our needs the week of the wedding and she did a wonderful job making sure everything was set up to our specifications.  All of the vendors you recommended were great. 

The solo guitarist, DJ and hotel all did an amazing job at making our wedding and ceremony a huge success.  All of our guests think that a destination wedding is the only way to go.

The wedding was fabulous. We absolutely loved the chapel for the religious ceremony and the civil ceremony location was beautiful beyond words. Xcaret is an incredible place. Paloma did a wonderful job and we would recommend her to friends without hesitation. She really is a jewel.

Our wedding was great. Paloma put everything together perfectly.

I was    pleasantly surprised at the beautiful setting and the quality of all of the service providers. The floral bouquet and arrangement was absolutely beautiful. The singer provided  the ideal background music for the perfect location. The photographer and videographer were very professional and captured just the right scenes which will help us remember this special day throughout our lives. The cake was one of the best I have ever tasted, moist and delicious. Even though we had never met the minister prior to the ceremony he still was able to make it touching and personable.

I will have to admit that I was very apprehensive going into this and am coming away happily pleased! You really did exceed my every expectation.

This is just a quick note to say THANK YOU for making our wedding day so special.  Can Cun is a lovely place and we couldn’t get over how friendly and helpful everybody is, it’s the perfect place for a wedding and honeymoon with the gorgeous beaches and brilliant weather.  We couldn’t have asked for a better place.

  The wedding day went wonderfully, our co-ordinator Paloma was great, although we had only met her on two occasions if felt as though we had known each other for years.  She was so friendly and helpful that we didn’t have to worry about a thing, we fully trusted her.  As we went out on our own with no family and friends it was nice that she was there on the day to congratulate us as if she was a long lost friend.

Hopefully we will go back to Can Cun in the near future for one of our  wedding anniversary’s.Thanks once again, it was brilliant.

The wedding was absolutely wonderful.  The location at XCaret was amazing.  We were blown away at the beautiful view.  The beach setting was incredible, and the Judge made the ceremony.  He had words of wisdom and a charisma that added so much to the occasion.  Paloma was very good.  She took care of everything.  She is very organized and we were pleased with her services. 

 

The photographer was good as well.  The pictures turned out quite good.  I will send you some as soon as they are available in the proper format. Everything was perfect.  We appreciate all your efforts to making this the best day of our lives.  Thanks for everything.

Thank you very much, Cecilia.  You and Maricella made our day perfect.  You took care of absolutely everything beforehand which allowed us to just show up and enjoy our wedding and vacation.  I so appreciated you handling the details, being so flexible with us, taking care of my fears as well as offering me your opinions.  Maricella was wonderful and personable.  We enjoyed meeting and working with her.  She made us feel comfortable, but I'm afraid I made her nervous.  I was a bit of a basketcase (as you could probably tell from my emails).  Everything went beautifully, though.  We couldn't have asked for a better location, my flowers were beautiful, the romantic trio was terrific, the ceremony was short, sweet and special, etc. etc.  Also, the photographs are wonderful - the photographer really did a fabulous job and was easy to work with.  We haven't had a chance to look at the video yet, but I'm sure it's just as wonderful.

I would very much like to thank you and Cecilia for making our wedding as stress free as possible...

Audra and I wanted to have a romantic wedding in a remote location. Our idea was to have a beautiful site with no hassles. Los Cabos was a location that Audra had previously been to and loved dearly. After several ideas ranging from Cabo, the Virgin Islands, and Hawaii, we decided on Cabo.

We were told that having a wedding coordinator focused on our event would assure no problems and keep the stress off of us. We were referred to Cecilia at Unforgettable Weddings and we discussed the plans. Cecilia was very helpful and full of recommendations.
As with any wedding, plans kept changing. We wanted a specific looking wedding cake, a specific looking table, flowers, music, photos, etc and Cecilia was very accomodating. I even sent her a picture of the cake and table set-up that we wanted and she saw to it that this was taken care of.

Being very indecisive, Audra and I waited almost to the last minute in some of the specifics, however, Cecilia was there to help us all along the way. Once we finalized everything, we arrived in Cabo on Wednesday for the wedding on Saturday. We met with Cecilia on Thursday morning at the Westin to pick out a location for the ceremony. We were to have both the ceremony and reception at the Westin.
Looking around, Audra and I did not see a site that appealed to us. We really had something in mind but did not see it. Cecilia offered some suggestions, including a totally separate location at a restaurant on the beach. After taking us to get our blood test, which was no hastle and took about 45
minutes in all, we went and looked at the other suggested location. Audra and I
loved it at first sight. Cecilia promptly arranged this new location, re-scheduling all events to occur here. Best of all, she did this without even the slightest bit of frustration. It was very nice knowing someone who was as understanging as Cecilia was helping us out. She took a genuine interest on the success of the wedding day.

Thanks to Sarah and Cecilia, the wedding day itself turned out to be a huge success. Everything was wonderful and it turned out to be the Wedding of our dreams.

Our wedding was amazing and we can't thank you enough!  I never imagined that planning my wedding via email would be so easy, and turn out just as I hoped.  You were so helpful, and your replys came quickly, no matter what the situation was.  Maricela was also wonderful.  She had every detail taken care of, did things exactly how we wanted them done, and her preparedness allowed Mark and I to have a stress-free wedding.  (How many brides can say that they spent the morning of their wedding relaxing and getting their nails painted on the beach?)  I cannot put into words how much we appreciate all of your help and hard work.  Because of you, Mark and I had an amazing, romantic wedding on the beach, and couldn't be happier with how it all turned out!

Well, we are finally back at home and we're still a little tired from all of our travels!

I just want to tell you that everything was absolutely beautiful.  It couldn't have been more perfect.  The view from Da Giorgio's was breathtaking!  Everything was exactly the way we imagined it would be.  The flowers (bouquets, flowers for my hair, the arch) looked exactly like the pictures I had sent you - it was so perfect!

Everyone had a wonderful time and commented on how beautiful everything had turned out and especially how delicious the cake tasted.  Minerva was great!  She met with us and answered all the questions we had.  She was available during the week to answer our questions and when we had last minute things for her to take care of she was there to accomodate us.  She was wonderful. 

The pictures that we receiced from the photographer turned out so beautiful - we feel that the pictures really captured the moments from the wedding!  We were so happy that there was such a quick turn around on getting them to us.  The romantic trio sounded wonderful and they were even able to play our song "Con los anos que me quedan". 

It truly was our dream wedding and we would like to say thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making it come true!!!

We will be sure to make a trip to Vallarta and enjoy some margaritas!!!  Hasta pronto

I can hardly believe it is over!  All those months of planning and we pulled it off! 
 
I cannot tell you how fortunate Wayne and I feel to have had your assistance in planning our wedding in Puerto Vallarta over the Memorial Day weekend!  As I am sure you are aware, it is hard to know whom to trust when working exclusively via email, but it became clear very quickly that you and your team knew what you were doing and that we were in very capable hands.  We appreciate your sincere efforts to make our dreams a reality.  I know I must have sent you a million emails and I appreciate how great you were about responding.  Every single person I have talked to since the wedding has said it was the best wedding they have ever been to!  As you can imagine I am thrilled, but I am also so grateful to you for helping me pull it off.  Your recommendation for the site of Le Kliff could not have been better for us!  The people at the hair salon were super! The cake was incredible--whatever baker you used should be given an award!  The minister was a sweetheart and she added so much warmth to the ceremony!  We loved every minute of that day and are so thankful that you were all there to take care of every detail--we did not have to worry about a thing.  And then...on top of everything else...you delivered our photos to us in less than a week!!!  That was fantastic.  We are enjoying them very much.  Ceci, I could go on and on.  Honestly, there are very few things that I would have done differently.  You all will always be part of our memories of that very special day.
 
The flower arch was gorgeous! And the centerpieces turned out just fine. We really like the photos.  They do seem to capture the spirit of the day which is very nice. We will be posting a bunch of the pictures on a web site soon and if you want to use any of them feel free.  I will let you know when they are up.
 
Now about that cake!!!!!!  Whoever you found to make it really deserves HUGE thanks.  It was absolutely beautiful.  It held up remarkably well in the heat. And it tasted fantastic--it was so moist and light and the fruit was delicious.  I would highly recommend that cake to anyone interested in trying something beside the ordinary traditional wedding cake!  Let me know if you want that recipie again.  Everyone who tried it really liked it.
 
Can I tell you that I have not danced that much in years...I could hardly walk the next day my knees were so sore.  The DJ really kept the party jumping.  People had a lot of fun dancing...the only complaint (and it was minor) was that there were not enough slow songs (for the "older" guests).  In retrospect, it would have been nice to break up the music to have a few slower songs mixed in with the fast ones (if for no other reason than to cool off for a minute ;-).  Thank you for sending the DJ list...he did play a lot of the songs that we chose and used the CDs we brought too.  I think that added to the fun factor since we chose songs that would be familiar to our friends and family.
 
Everyone who had their hair and nails done really liked the results!  The ladies who helped us get ready were very sweet and did a great job!
 
Le Kliff was super.  The food and drinks were great and the service was wonderful.  Everyone enjoyed the dinner very much.  I heard no complaints.  And who could beat that view!!!!!  Everyone even managed the steps ok!!!!  That was a big relief.
 
If you have anybody who wants a reference and would like to talk to me, I would be happy to do it for you!  Just let me know.  Or if you have any questions about anything I have not talked about here, don't hesitate to ask.
 
Oh...and if anyone wants a hotel reference for something a bit more personal than the big resorts...I highly recommend Molino de Agua.  It is not a fancy place, but the service is great and it is very comfortable and has a great location!!  My guests loved it too.  We were able to work out a nice group discount on the rooms with them and they also help us put together a nice cocktail party one night.
I guess that is enough for now.  I will let you know when the pictures are up on the web.

l though it sprinkled for our special day, it turned out beautiful.  The location was GORGEOUS and the Cliff was even prettier in person.  The food and service at the restraunt were wonderful.  The steak was soft and delicious!  The flowers were beautiful as well, but my greatest compliment goes to the baker who created our unique SCORPION cake !  I am sending a picture along for your website! 

Rosa Maria and Paulina were very helpful and they were patient and helpful throughout the entire preperation.

Our Wedding in Puerto Vallarta on Jan. 4,2003 was fabulous.  Every detail  was taken care of by Rosa Marie and Paulina.  We lounged by the pool at the hotel for a good part of our wedding day prior to the event.  It was stress free and without a doubt I would not have changed  a thing. It was truly, an unforgettable wedding.

Rosa Marie and Paulina were wonderful.  They were prompt, helpful, on top of things but most of all, just lovely people.  We feel very lucky to have had them on our team.  You should be very proud of your employees and all the care they infuse into their job.

The photography, Artula produced was wonderful and very prompt.  We wed on a Sat. and had our photos on Monday.  It was so wonderful to show everyone back home our special day captured by Artula's fine eye.

Tony, the driver was cheerful and informative about the local area.  We enjoyed his company and personal service.

Emma, Christina and Veronica were the three artists who did makeup, hair and nails all in my hotel suite.  I was concerned that Christina had applied more makeup than I was use to but she assured me that the photos would be fabulous with a bit of drama on my face and she was so right.  These ladies were wonderful with our 8 yr. old daughter as well.

I would highly recommend the restaurant (Le Kliff) for future couples looking for a special location.  The arbour of buegonvillias and the scattered petals in the sand, was a lovely touch.  The staff were superb and both the manager and the owner made a point of introducing themselves to us.
I have to say, without a doubt, that was the most incredible meal I have ever had.  The service was outstanding!!  Incidentally, we had whales breeching just beneath the wedding site prior to the ceromony.  Apparantly, this is good luck.

Let me know if you need a testimony for your website or a photo.  I know we only gave you three weeks to pull it together but you did a beautiful job and we are truly grateful.  Infact, my inlaws will try and persuade Paul's brother and fiance to use your service when they get married next year. 

I  know they too would be thrilled just as Paul and I were.

 The wedding ceremony was beautiful and I was happy my sister arrived on time. Having the wedding performed in Spanish was wonderful.   Paulina did the translation and it was great.  I was wondering if I could get a copy of what she read.  The words were beautiful and it would be nice to have a copy for me album.
